Too Much String
" These look really cute online. In person, however, the black string on them overwhelms the entire top of the shoe. I considered cutting off the string, but then the feather would look really pathetic all by itself. The shoes are going back.
As far as comfort, they do fit well, except I think the tops of the sandals in the back come up a bit too high, and they might dig into my achilies tendon if I walked for too long in them. "

Shoe Diva
" I’m already claiming these as my favorite spring/summer sandal for 2011! This flat sandal is unique and eye catching. They were so nice I ordered them twice-in brown & black. They fit true size. Hands down, the black sandal is more stylish and the peacock feather really pops. The brown sandal has this black string that overpowers the sandal-I plan to remove a large amount so the brown color stands out more. I can’t wait to tally the compliments I’ll get when I wear these stylish sandals! "

The "IT" sandal of the season
" I bought these in brown because I thought they looked better on my foot than the black....very cute and unique looking sandal. I have no doubt these will be my "go to" shoes of the season! Can't wait to wear them with a cute pair of shorts or skirt "
