Better than the cross training
" I've read so many reviews where this shoe was good for Zumba. Although I had to break them in and sometimes they seem somewhat big (don't run as small as some stated), they do allow more freedom of movement for both Zumba and Step. I will likely buy the same shoe once I wear these out! And it's stocked in the store for convenience. "

Not stable enough
" I purchased this shoe for cross-training because it was recommended as a great shoe for stability. I didn't find that to be the case at all unfortunately compared with my current cross-trainers. These had to go back because stability is a must for the lateral moves due to an old ankle injury. For that reason, I wouldn't recommend these for cross-training. "

Cross Trainers
" I absolutely love these sneakers. They are lightweight, breathable fabric, comfortable, affordable and stylish. I would recommend them for anyone interested in a good shoe for gym work outs. "
