A great sneaker
" Very satisfied with Asics. The shoe is very comfortable and the gel absorbs a lot of the shock when you walk/run. The only thing is that it seems slightly narrow. It feels a bit more tight on my left foot than my right. "

Pump Girl in Running Shoes
" I'm typically not a athletic shoe girl...my idea of exercise is yoga and we go barefoot. However, my doctor recommended I start walking for at least 1/2 hour a day, because I have osteopenia (the beginning of osteoporosis). I needed a comfortable shoe. I read the other reviews on the DSW site and liked the price, so I decided to try the Kahana 5 Trail. I am very pleased with the fit and look. The colors don't clash with my other clothing. The GEL makes the shoe very comfortable. I will definitely replace these when the time comes with another pair of ASICS. "
