Comfy but not durable
" Love these shoes!!! True to size. They are super cute and very comfy. I walk to work and am on my feet most of the day for work and I can wear these comfortably. HOWEVER, they are not very durable. After about two weeks of wearing them the heel pads have cracked and are falling off. But for the price I guess I couldn't expect too much. Still love them and would recommend them, just don't expect the soles to last long. "

Grrrr!
" Poor quality and runs small
When I got them I was a little disappointed in the material but I was willing to overlook that because they are so cute.
The first day I wore them the rubber on the bottom of the heel started detaching on BOTH sides. I had not even been wearing them for 8 hours. Fortunately DSW customer service is the best and corrected the issue. "

I agree with everyone else
" I bought these in the store and checked out reviews afterwards. I agree with what everyone said. These are comfortable shoes, easy to walk in. But after wearing them for a couple weeks the bottom of the shoe is falling apart and looks like it's going to come off completely. I also get the sensation of burning feet at times, but I'm used to that happening in boots. Wish I could return these as defective because they probably won't last a month... "
