Cute Bootie
" Really cute bootie. The only complaint I had is that when they arrived the little loop on the tongue of the boot that holds the laces was broken on one of the boots. Not major and wasn't worth wasting the money to mail them back. A little dissapointed that they are brand new and have a defect. But overall cute especially for the price. If not for the little broken loop I would have given 5 stars. They do run a little big, but not enough to size down. "

Warm and comfortable
" I needed some all day winter shoes and I saw them on line and they looked perfect for what I wanted. This is my first time buying shoes online and everything went smooth. I even got them 1 day earlier. I have to say one thing. They look cuter in the picture, but it's OK "
