" I ordered these boots and was super excited until I got them. I was so bummed about them because they were WAY too small. Other than that, they were really really cute, but I was just disappointed in the size run. "

I'm still unsure
" These boots are pretty nice. They fit right under the knee and have room for leggings and skinny jeans. They are a little too spacious in the ankle since they are slip-on, but they are still very stylish.
The only hangup I have is I'm not sure they are worth the $100 (including the markdown) that I spent because I don't know that they are "the boot" for me. I am also biased because I really think I need to find a lighter brown boot to have more versatility with my wardrobe.
These things aside, the boots look good overall. "

Good casual boots
" These are a good pair of casual boots. I bought them in brown in an 8.5 and they fit well (I'm normally an 8.5 or 9 depending on width). I was a little disappointed in the shaft of the boot because the leather is very thin so it definitely slouches and crinkles at the ankles. They're still cute, but the leather shows creasing where it crinkles, so if you're not going for that worn-in look you may want to avoid these. The crinkling at the ankles can also be a little bit uncomfortable, but I'm betting it will soften with wear.
This was probably a fluke, but the sole in one of my boots was permanantly creased from the time I receivied it, so it feels like my sock is bunched up... I probably should've exchanged them but I was too excited to wear them! "

Great every day boot
" I have been looking for a good pair of black riding boots for a while; I'm pretty picky and wanted to find a pair that didn't look too motorcycle-boot-like (I wanted a simple-looking pair of boots without any excessive buckles or anything), I really like to look of most Frye boots but could not justify the cost. When I came across these boots I was a little apprehensive at first, I wasn't sure if the boots would be a high quality leather at just $99. Thankfully, I was pleasantly surprised. The boots are very high quality and frankly, look much expensive than they are. The leather is a nice, rich black color and not cheap looking at all. They are rather tall, I am 5'7" and they reach just below my knees (which is fine with me because I prefer taller boots). I have larger feet (size 9 1/2-10) so I ordered a size 9 1/2 and they fit fine. As the picture shows, there is no zipper but the boots slip on just fine and, as far as I can see so far, there is no slouching at all around the ankles. The only minor issue I have so far is that the boots are a little stiff and definitely need to be broken in a bit, which is the case with most boots so it's not that big of deal. Otherwise, really great boots for a great price! "
