Beautiful riding boot
" I LOVE these boots. I have been looking for more affordable riding boots and came across these. I have worn them a few times and they need some breaking in. They are a tad snug so thinner socks work best. "

the search is over - the perfect riding boot!
" These boots are even cuter in person than online. If you go look for them in the store, don't be confused by the brand being called "Matisse". It's the same boot.
They do have a bit of a distressed look about them, which might not be apparent in the picture. The buckles add enough detail without overdoing it.
I usually wear a 7, sometimes a 7.5. I had to go with a 7.5 in these boots. I may need an insole in one boot, but that's not a problem. I would say I have regular sized calves, and these leave just enough room for tucking in skinny jeans without gapping.
It's hard for me to pay > $100 for a pair of boots, but it's worth it to get the exact right boot that I can wear for many seasons to come. "

Okay
" Ive ordered these in Cognac twice now and each time theyve sent me "Saddle" which is more like the brown than the cognac. I'm just going to keep them this time although I will say they gave me 20% off and 10.00 credit for all the annoyance. Theyre a little big in the ankle, not as "curvy" as the picture almost a rain boot more boxy feel but hey that will give room for your jeans to fit into. We'll see how they go this winter. "

Returning ASAP
" Just ordered these and black and received them in the mail. Unfortunately, I will be returning them as soon as possible. For the price, the leather looks cheap and almost like plastic. The buckles on the back are half an inch thick and look dinky compared to the size of the boot. The metal on the buckle looks cheap as well. Also, I ordered a 7 and the boot fit VERY snug and was painful to walk in around my heel. If you are still planning on getting these, I would go for a half size bigger than normal. "
