Comfy
" These shoes were comfortable the moment I slipped them on. They also held well after a day of being on my feet. With a long jean on these can look like booties peeking out. These bendable, single piece soles & heels are very nice but they do tend to squeek on smooth floors. Haven't worn on wet concrete yet so don't know about their tread on really slick surfaces. "

My new favorite pants & jeans shoe!
" Delivery: very fast; 4 days.
Appearance: the look of the shoe is right on, urban & "euro" classy. Would've loved to have had these walking around in Ireland a few years ago; I'd have fit right in. The pleat detail going up to the brass ring breaks-up the top of the shoe nicely so that it isn't all uniform and "granny" looking. The top, gored, stretch vamp is integrated into the design and isn't puckered-up. The toe is slightly rounded but more like a boot, not so fully rounded that it makes your foot look huge. I would've preferred a square toe but this is still nice.
Fit: Fabulous! I'm a consistent size 7 and I wear a borderline Medium/Wide and I usually order a wide because I don't like my toes to be squished. I've been hit and miss with Clarks. Models May Poppy and Sugar Sky are cut wrong because they widen along the sides towards the heel and then bump out to a point at the back of the heel so much that you can stick a finger or two in the gap. This means they pop right off your foot when you walk! But this Wish Trance model as well as Levee Bank don't have this issue and fit perfectly, roomy but still snug and cradled toe box and narrowing to the heel with no pointed end. This Wish Trance fits like a glove when you put it on. The heel is an ideal 2" and is a shaped block but not tapered, so it looks sharper than a standard block but is still perfectly stable, which is important to me when walking.
Bottom line: I'm very picky and return waaaay more shoes than I keep. Not this one. I ordered the brown and am going back for the black. I envision wearing this to work with pants, going out in pants or jeans or taking along on trips where I know I'll be walking but still always want to look good :-) "

not comfortable
" I bought these because they felt comfortable in the store and I was going to be traveling. I wore them to and from the airport and one day shopping. They were very uncomfortable and my feet actually swelled up which they never do. "

Clarks Women's Wish Trance Slip-On
" Exactly as pictured and extremely comfortable. I don't like to wear heels due to comfort issues, but I do like the look of a heel. These were perfect. Nice heel, and very easy to wear for a long time without discomfort. "
