Men's progrid kinvara 2
" So lightweight and comfortable! I always buy Saucony because of ongoing back problems. I can always find a running shoe that is flexible, has a cushioned heel, and is lightweight. This one beats the previous ones hands down. "

" These shoes are good for fast training, but they are not recommended for long-runs or too much mileage.

Minimalist Shoe for Road or Trail
" I recently purchased these from DSW after being "fitted" for them in a running store. Price alone should be enough to grab them, as two pairs was still less than the price at the running store. Performance wise they are amazing. I have ran in them on road, treadmill, eliptical and precore trainers as well as rocky and rooted trails and they perform great in everything. Cushioned, responsive, lightweight and highly flexible. They are somewhat between a barefoot shoe and say a Nike Free but with more stability. If you have a low arch you may want to grab an insert because the stock one doesn't have much arch support. Pick them up as great all around running/training shoe thats flexible and grippy enough for dry trails. "
