Huh....well okay
" 1. I really like this purse, I ordered the blue OMG so beautiful, It will carry everything...big enough for a planner or average tablet, The outside pockets can carry your phone for ease. It is a well made purse. 2) This is advertised as a cross body bag - it seems a bit of an afterthought by the designer. The purse has two leather straps that are short enough so it can be carried on one arm or a shoulder. These straps are outside the top zipper and are well made - bulky. Not removeable. There is a cloth strap that is longer and that can be used as the cross body strap. I guess the purse can be used either way. It looks super clunky as a cross body bag with all of the handles/straps. I wish the shorter handles were removable and the longer strap was leather. That is what I wanted. I do love this purse a lot and will probably keep it because it is very nice. Just be warned about the straps. I will wear it over one shoulder and keep the other strap in the bag. "
