Exactly what I wanted
"These boots are great--wore them all day for the first wearing, and they felt fantastic. I was a little worried because Cat makes them sturdy, so I thought they might fight me while they broke in, but they remain super comfortable. If you have thin or narrow feet, then you'll need to buy insoles for them."

Great boots, just a little too big
"I wear a size 8 in every shoe for the past 4 years at least and when I decided to bite the bullet and order shoes online for the first time ever, I was a little disappointed. These boots run about 1/2 a size too big. I wish I had read the other reivew that said the same thing, but I probably would have ignored it thinking that person did not know their shoe size. I was wrong, I ordered the 7 1/2's and they are prefect! going to return the 8's in the store this week!"

Great boot!
"Glad I took the chance. Ordered my regular size and it felt a bit large but not big enough to size down. I am not used to flat boots so added an insole. Now they feel great and can't wait to see how they wear."

Very cute
"Love these boots .Very cute with skinny jeans or a short shirt. At first the one boot was cutting into the side of my foot but it stopped in a couple of hours."

well crafted, runs way big
"I just got these boots in the mail, and I am thrilled with how they look and the overall quality. Thick, high grain leather with a padded inside, solid rubber heels, awesome mid-calf height. They look expensive, as they say on Project Runway (and for me, they are). The only problem is that they are quite large on my feet. I typically wear a 7 in boots and athletic shoes, and even with sized insoles there is a lot of room for my foot to shift around when I walk, which means there is a lot of blister potential. I plan to return this boot for a half size smaller, if available, and I'll update this review at that time."

love these!
"I was very surprised to see CAT makes these, but the quality is exactly what I would expect. The real leather is soft and comfortable. I didn't really feel like I needed to break them in. They ran just a tad long, but I like to wear an extra pair of socks and they were perfect for that. They are made very well and look like they'll last forever! personally I really like the height. They are a good in-between when I don't want to wear a pair that are knee height or ankle. The color is also very versatile! I am considering looking for these in other colors."

Love these boots!
"When I took these boots out of the box they were everything I'd expected: rich, brown leather and well constructed. The fit is great. They seem a little wide but I was wearing tights; now I know they can accommodate a thick sock, as well. Wore them to work, was on my feet all day and still felt great when I got home. I looked for a long time for the perfect brown boots and these were worth waiting for. Gave them 4 stars rather than 5 because I don't know if they're waterproof."

Great boots
"I wore these boots for a 1 1/2 hour walk the first day I got them and they were completely comfortable. Sturdy, nice leather. Perfect with jeans. These were just what I was looking for."

"Love these boots. Wore them on an all day shopping trip after only one other wearing, and they were comfortable all day. I have a wide foot and high instep, which is why I got the side zips, and they fit great and true to size. I will definitely recommend these. Very stylish and comfortable."

"I am very happy with this shoe...well made and good value for the money. May need an insole not much padding in the base but very comfortable otherwise. I love the rustic/worn look of the shoe. Buy this shoe!"

Happy with my boots
"Finally had a chance to wear my new boots. So far I love them. I have large calves (14in) and always have a problem with zippers and boots fitting right over them. Usually have to go for ankle style boots. Was happy with these, had plenty of room to zip them up, even over skinny jeans. Run a bit wide, can fit over a thicker sock. So far boots are comfortable."

the perfect brown boot
"I had been searching for the elusive everyday brown boot for awhile now, and finally found it here! The quality of the leather is spectacular; its a gorgeous deep brown with some character marks that make it look sort of worn. The lining of the boot provides some extra padding. It's extremely comfortable and true to fit (I am an 8.5, and the 8.5 was perfect). The soles of the boot actually provide some grip, so these may be good for fall and winter. I am extremely pleased with these boots, the look is wonderful they will never go out of style!"

So cute!!!
"I LOVE these boots!!! I was looking for a pair of flat brown casual boots for fall and maybe even winter. My calfs are a little on the wide side, so I sometimes have trouble finding a pair that fit right. These weren't listed under the wide calf section, but I thought they might work, and they do! Fits perfectly even with my skinny jeans tucked in. They hit mid-calf. Just the right height. I normally wear a 9.5 or 10 and ordered these in a 10. Pefect fit. I was a little hesitant because I had never tried the CAT brand before, but they have a reputation for being a good, well-made work boot that guys can beat the you-know-what out of and they hold up well. So I figured I'd give them a shot. So glad I did. I can see these holding up for many years. Well worth the price. And even cuter than in the picture!!!"
