Good Quality & Comfy, even with Foot Problems
" I usually cannot wear high heels for more than an hour or so because I have myriad foot problems, like a fallen arch and wide feet. The sole of the foot and the base of the toes starts hurting after a while, and that too, not with much exertion/walking either. This boot is different, it's much better than most others. It's good quality sturdy leather, looks expensive in an understated way - the black leather is matt, but not too dull, the leather is thick and not soft-pliable, but definitely not uncomfortable or rigid that will rub against your skin. It's very well made and looks simple and elegant, but not glamorous.
There were many other better looking boots in the store, and I tried them all, but this one was the most comfortable in the mid-heel range. I am tired of wearing the frumpy flats. I could wear this without orthotics for about 3-4 hours, with and without socks, and my feet didn't hurt too much. I have walked around in these boots, and they are better than any other boots ( I havent tried the high-end ones that cost the earth and a half). I can wiggle my toes in these boots, so they are not constrictive either.
If you are looking for comfort, this is a good choice. It's elegant and subtle, good for regular wear. But it's not gorgeous. The gorgeous ones are not that wearable. The brown color is a little orangish brown, but the grains of the leather look nice in it. I preferred the black to the brown, but might buy the brown one later on if they have a discount. The black is more versatile, the brown is not as dark as this picture looks, so more limited in its use to pair with colors.
Thsi boot doesnt make my feel look stubby, it is reasonably stylish. I prefer dressing in classic styles, and it goes well with everything except formal skirts. Even formal trousers reach down and covers the boots except the front part, and that looks formal and elegant enough to wear to office.
If I need to walk for more than 3-4 hrs, I shall wear flats (boots/sneakers) - but if I am mostly sitting and not putting a lot of weight on my feet - this is my choice. They do look good.
Mind you, this is from a person, who is almost never happy with any shoe. I want to wear the pretty ones, but my feet won't allow me. This is the only boot I didnt return to the store.

" It was almost love from first sight!))
I was looking for the comfortable boots or booties, no high heels, of course (they are not comfy), and definitely - for a good quality leather! I found that one pair absolutely great! It seems they look fabulous with skinny jeans - and that is true! But they are also work great with dresses! And now, after 2 weeks I absolutely admire them! So stylish and so comfy - a dream come true!
