Arrived with a broken strap
"Loved the look of this shoe, but when it arrived wiht one of the straps already broken off, I decided that even a replacement pair probably wouldn't hold up well."

NYLA fan
"This is my second pair of NYLA shoes from DSW. The first was a pair of wedges I still wear and I think I will enjoy these booties just as much. They look fantastic with skinny jeans and midi skirts. The high heel makes the legs look a mile long and still feels stable due to the platform and wide heel. The suede is good quality...soft and comfortable. Best of all, i love the color...gray is the new black : )"
