Awesomeness
" Great boot for a slightly wider calf.
For reference: 5'10" and a shoe size 10, dress size 12, calf circumference of 17", and these are a perfect fit. Plenty of room for tights and a heavy sock, and just enough room to tuck a pair of jeans in.
To the past reviewer who stated that a wide calf boot should also be wide width: um, no. If these were wide width they would say so. I would say my feet are average; not narrow but not wide, and these fit fine.
I bought the cognac color and it's lovely, goes with everything. "

Cute boot, narrow foot
" These boots are very cute, well priced and look great with jeans but are very narrow. I was happy they zipped easily but was surprised that a wide calf boot would have such a narrow foot. Wanted to keep them but had to return. "

Nce looking boot.
" I am only giving this 4stars because the toe box area runs narrow and I don't have a wide foot. I will just take them to my shoe repair guy and have them stretched. The ankle is not to big though the calf area runs 16" which is just perfect. I don't have fat calfs they are skinny but these fit really well and not even big at all. Nice looking and not young looking either a all around great riding boot. "

Great boots for athletic calves!
" I am one of those people that has a hard time finding knee high boots due to my muscular calves. The regular ones are usually too tight and the wide calf boots are usually too big and end up making my calves look even bigger. These are just perfect! My calf measures about 15" around and these fit great with enough room to tuck in leggings or skinny jeans. The buckles in the back give you the ability to adjust the fit of the boots a little as needed. The leather is nice quality and they are comfortable. Highly recommend!!! "
