beautiful boot
" i ordered this boot in brown and it is a beautiful,rich, cognac color. the boot is a little narrow so if you have wide feet get wide width if available. i had my hubby measure my calf @ 16 inches and it just zipped up. i had the boots on for about 4 hours and it did give a little. i dont think they'll fit over jeans =( but still keeping them! the leather is a little stiff for brazilian leather but i'm sure it will soften w/time. overall this was a good purchase! "

Alright
" I am not sure why i kept these boots. they are very narrow and the leather is very dry and crackly, even after coating them in the conditioning balm i use on my saddle. They aren't that great and i ended up buying another pair of brown boots that i like much better. I'll wear these and can walk around the city in them without much of a problem but they aren't my favorite boots. I also think they make my calves look bigger than they actually are. "

" I love the color - I had wanted cognac but they were sold out. I ordered brown and I was pleasantly surprised when they were a shade lighter than they appeared on the website. I have a wider calf - pretty close to 16" If your calf is much wider than that I would try something else - I don't know how much they are going to stretch out. I love the leather and the detail buckles on the back. I also think they run slightly narrow. They will hopefully stretch out slightly in the foot - that's why I gave them a 4 out of 5 "

Very cute but...
" I have been searching for a pair of black riding boots for over a year now. I have struck out many times before and I thought these boots would be the ones! When they came in the mail they fit my calves with jeans on and they were very comfortable. They are a bit on the narrow side. They are so narrow that they made my thighs look HUGE!!! Decided I am not a boot person. I am sure they would be adorable on anybody but me! Overall good boot. "
