Good boot, distressed in spot
" Im very happy with the overall fit of the boots; however, there was a note in the box stating that the product had distressed look to improve the look of the boot overtime. Fortunately, only 1 boot had a "distressed" area, and it is inside the instep and doesnt show, or I would have wanted to send them back. Distressing overtime naturally is ok, but sending me a "pre-distressed" look without previously disclosing-not so much. Looks great with my skinny cargos and skinny jeans! (even though this gal got some muscle to her!) "

" Runs very narrow and I usually never have problems. Forget it if you have larger calves...couldn't even get them to zip. "

LOVE THEM!!!
" I purchased a black pair in the wide calf. I waited so long since dsw was sold out for the longest time. Although I haven't worn these outside yet, I did try them on immediately when I received them. They are a little stiff but I'm sure will soften over time. I recommend ordering them a 1/2 size bigger. Although my calves measure 16", I have to squeeze them in order to zip them up. I hope they will eventually stretch since they are made of leather. Love the classic riding boots style and would order them in cognac when given the chance. "
