Almost perfect!
" I SO wanted this bag as I loved the fleece trim and the two outside pockets for my work badge/keys and phone; however, the handles were just a little too short for over the shoulder making it hard to get into the bag. Also, the handles were too rounded/hard - this would have worked better with flat strap handles and maybe one more inch drop. "
