" When I first got these, I thought I might have to return them - my calves are biggish, and the elastic panel didn't seem to work. But I gave them a day, and they stretched and are quite comfortable. The material isn't wonderful - you get that squeaky sound when they rub against each other - but I hate spending money on every day boots that I'm just going to destroy walking all over Chicago. It's a good deal for the money and they're cute and versatile. Overall, I would recommend. "

Love my White Mountain Loon Riding Boot
" The first day I got them I wore them on a Boy Scout outdoor event and they were so comfortable and looked great, I was able to wear them all day. My feet didn't hurt at all. "

Great boot - wrong color
" After sleeping on it for a whole weekend I decided to keep these boots because they are made well and comfortable "to boot!" If you ordered chocolate brown you will get more of a taupe, as many previous customers have said in their reviews. taupe is in this fall - go for it! "
