"These booties look very cute in the online pictures. But, as other reviews before me have stated, they are not the same color in person. They are definitely darker and I ended up returning them because they are not the shade I was looking for, as depicted in the online pictures."

Cute boots
"The other reviews are true about the color of the boots. It's much darker, but I love the actual color! It's the perfect for both casual and formal look. Perfect with skinny jeans/leggings.
My only concern is the quality of the material. I thought it's leather. However, in my first time wearing them, the skin (taupe layer) peeled off and showed a white layer underneath. It's kinda frustrating for me.
Rather than that, I love the shoes!"

Cutest boots
"These boots are so cute. They are super cute with a skirt and tights too. The color is as others have said, definitely darker but I really like the color a lot. It's very neutral and will go with everything."

Love these boots!
"Boots run true to size.Leather is soft & supple. There is a slight wedge heel inside the boot as it says in the description. You can't tell from the exterior of the boot that it is there. Since I'm only 5'3", I like it. I wanted some low booties for my skinny jeans. I think these are going to be perfect!"

A Bit Disappointed
"I loved this style and color on line. Unfortunately when I received the boot it was much darker than it appears in the pictures. I will be returning them but only for this reason. The fit and style were what I wanted, just have been looking for something lighter and more neutral that this turned out to be."

"I agree with other reviewers - true to size & comfy. Bandolino is consistent! Added bonus: the cuff has some wiggle room to compensate for leggings or skinny jeans not quite long enhough to "tuck" inside. Very classy indeed!!"

Cute shoes
"I love this shoe. I have been wearing them with my dresses for work and they work well with my skinny jeans. I love the camel color. The only things is it pinches a bit on the side and I have narrow feet."

LOVE THESE BOOTS!!!!
"These boots are soooooo comfortable! Love the hidden heel. They feel so soft. Don't have to worry about breaking them in cause they already feel like they are the first time you wear them. To me they seem to run a little long. The other posters are right on the color. Mine came much darker than the picture but I knew this after reading the other reviews so I expected it. The color they came in is more of a light mocha. Would love if they were actually the light color on the site but I am happy to have these either way. These would look great with leggings, jeans, dresses....very versatile."

looks cheap for the price
"I got these boots online last week but had to return them as the sole looks very plastic-like and not very good for the price it comes with. Overall the boots were true to size and very comfy. The top part above the ankle was little loose. I returned it because of the cheap sole."

Beautiful and Comfortable!
"Not only are these boots beautiful (the color is slightly darker than shown on the screen, more of a toffee), but they are extremely comfortable! I usually wear an 8 or 8 1/2 in boots. I ordered the 8 Wide and they fit perfectly! The leather is nice and soft, and even when they were brand new they already felt broken in. I plan to wear them to teach in frequently this fall and winter; I only wish they came in more colors..."

"This is a cute boot, the color is darker and more of a camel color tho. They look a lot better on than they do off, which I guess is a good thing! I like these a lot, I have wide feet and they fit just fine. I'm really happy with them!"

Cute every day/outfit bootie
"These booties are a bit narrow in the toe, but fit true to size for the most part. I'm counting on the leather to break in, as they are the slightest bit snug but a half size up would have been too big. They feel just like flats while having a short hidden heel, and can be worn with most anything; jeans over or under, skirts, leggings, tights, or dresses. I've worn them all day without my ankle socks being tugged down around my heel.
I chose black because DSW.com's images tend not to be true to color, as other reviews will attest when buying the lighter option. The quality, of the black leather at least, is great--thick but soft, and evenly textured."

Be careful of the color
"The color is totally wrong. The taupe comes in more of a brown tan than the bone color shown in the picture. That being said, I freaking LOVE these shoes. They are some of the most comfortable and attractive shoes I've ever owned."

Nice Casual Boot
"Very comfortable and stylish. True to size, I usually wear an 8 or 8.5 and the 8 fit well. Only downside is it's hard to keep the legs of my skinny jeans tucked in but I would definitely recommend these. Also, the other reviews are correct when they say this boot is much darker brown in person. More of a regular brown than a blonde color."

LOVE LOVE LOVE
"I bought these in the black to be sensible and I was pleasantly surprised. They went from being serviceable black booties to a chic option. Sizing wise, they are really true to size in my opinion, but my feet are slightly wide. I should be a 7, but get sized out if the boot is too narrow. Not the case with these. If you have a narrow foot, you could be looking at thicker socks. Love the hidden wedge and happily wear these with skirts, jeans, dresses. It seems to go with everything really. Could be a bit more cushioned, but if you've got the space, an insert would sort that out."

"Bootie is soooooooo comfortable. I purchased a 1/2 size larger to accomodate instep. The most comfortable boot I've owned in years. Most are attactive but after wearing all day you want to take them off. Not these ... they are most comfortable. The only draw back is that they scuff easily due to the soft leather."
