Classic Penny Loafer Style - Very Attractive
" I love these shoes! They are a classic penny loafer style that is similar to the styling of a 1950's vintage shoe, with the visible stitching, penny keeper and stitching at the back of the heel. These shoes are definitely more elegant and look great with a nice tailored suit or dress/skirt. I think they also look great with jeans. Original penny loafers were definitely worn with jeans (of course they didn't have a high heel). I wear a size 6 shoe, and these were a tiny bit big. I think if they came in 5.5 they would have been perfect. The solution is easy though. I just got some of the little ball of the foot cushion pads that are available at DSW, and very reasonably priced. The shoes are a great fit now. The soles of the shoes are made of fine leather, and they do scuff when you wear them outside, but that is how a leather sole behaves. The heel height is perfect. I would definitely recommend these classic well made shoes, especially at this great price. "

In LOVE
" Love Love Love this shoe! Bought them at a great price but well worth more! Very comfy. My normal size is a 7M and the shoe fits perfect. Very cute to wear for work! "

Not worth it
" I was looking for a pair of formal/preppy/sophisticated leather heels and when I found this pair, I really had some kind of expectation on it.
However, I realized it wasn't a "practical" pair of shoes as soon as I tried them on.
1) The design of its sole limits its functions - it can only be wore indoors because the sole is just not for walking - it slips.
2) It runs a bit larger, just a little bit but it makes things awkward, because I cannot wear it and walk fast, nor getting a size down - that would be too small.
3) Most importantly, it is NOT sophisticated made. The lines sewing are visible, and that lose the point to get a pair of classic, formal and expensive shoes! "
