Goes well with dresses or slacks

Great shoe but...
" it runs pretty long, a bit wide and could be a little more comfy. I have used so many different types of inserts to keep from stepping out of the shoe but nothing has worked yet, even with socks. I do love the look of them, very versitle but I need to find a way to keep them ON my feet. The kicker is when I bought them they fit like a glove, not one of these was an issue... "
