Runs short

"My son is wearing a 13.5 in another brand of shoe, so I thought a size 1 would fit him, but this shoe is way too small. His toe are cramped at the end. I hope to exchange for a larger size, mabye a whole size larger. Otherwise, this is a great shoe."
