" My mom fell in love with these boots, however, when she got them in the mail they had a slice right across the front of them!! When she took them back to the store to see about getting a new, undamaged pair, they didn't have them in her size in any of the colors. What I didn't understand was why the manager who did her return didn't even offer to order a new pair. What's with getting a brand new item with damage??? "

Love these boots
" These are super comfortable and so cute. They fit nice in the ankle, so there isn't any bunching like you get with some boots. They are an amazing price and they look like an expensive boot. My new favs! "

great boots!
" I love these boots! they are just very comfy with good looks... i have skinny calves and so these are are the best to fit with calves like mine!! "

Narrowest boots ever.
" This boot looked great online but when I received them and tried them on, I took me a few minutes to get them off! They were super tight around my calves and I have never had this problem before because my calves are not big! If they were wider, I would have loved them but ended up having to return them right before a trip I intended to wear them during. Sigh. "
