" These boots looked adorable so I ordered them online, but I had the same problems as previous reviews. I am 5'2'' and petite and the boots rubbed against the back and side of my knees and they were so narrow I could not get them on over skinny jeans (and my calves are not overly muscular). Very disappointed in this purchase and they are going back. "

These boots are not made for walking and sitting
" So, being a Big Deal and priced at $59.95, I could afford getting these as an everyday boot. It came in a nice box with a string handle. Ok, good there. However, when I pulled out the boots, they had a thin cheap feeling to them. I know it isn't made of real leather, but I imagine these would wear out quickly. When standing in them, I could see the curvature of my feet against the boot. Not good. The sole is quite flexible, but could possibly wear out sooner than later since they also seem to be on the thin side. I love the cognac color, but it doesn't seem to be throughout. On one boot, a seam where the inside is stitched together shows a part of the material as silver. This made it look like the boots were just painted to make it look cognac, and they didn't do a very good job of hiding it well.
Walking in them are somewhat comfortable. As I said, the soles are flexible. But, every time I bend my feet, the back of the boot rubs against my heels. That part is a bit stiff. Maybe some breaking in would soften that part up, but I'm imagining blisters would form and it would probably need A LOT of breaking in. Also, the calf area is slightly snug. They fit ok with leggings and tights. But with jeans and thick socks, forget it! I'm 5'4" and the top of the shaft digs into the back of my knees whenever I bend my legs during walking. Sitting down, I have to manually fold the back part so that it isn't uncomfortably digging in. I'm not sure if these are worth keeping. I may just end up returning them and get something of better quality. "

Cute Shoes, but a Little deceiving
" These boots fit nicely and run true to size, but be careful if you think that these boots are loose in the calf! Unless you have tiny calves, these boots WILL hug them. I expected something a little more sturdy, but these boots are still really cute, and I'm definitely keeping them! "

Pleasant surprise
" I was surprised how nice these boots were despite the great value! It's hard to find boots that are slim enough to fit small calfs and narrow feet but this one definitely does it! If you're looking for supple real leather these boots aren't for you but they're great for an everyday shoe with a great value! "
