Damage on Arrival...and HUGE
" I just received these shoes today from DSW.com. The Keds box was damaged inside of the DSW shipping box. Also, one of the metal chains was broken and cannot be affixed at the toe as shown and one of the "jewels" is missing. Plus, these shoes are extremely bulky! The soles are very thick and the shoes are very heavy. I can't imagine my very petite 6-year-old being able to run and play in these. But in any event, I'll have to go through the annoying process of returning them anyway because of the damage. Very dissapointing as I planned for her to have nice new shoes for our vacation that starts in one week. : ( "
