nice and stretchy
" I was wary when purchasing these because last year had a bad experience in purchasing some otks that were way too tight around the tops. However fear not, these are loose enough, comfortable and will not cut off circulation! Also the reason I bought them was they SAY they are made of cotton. I still am not quite sure about that because it kind of does feel acrylic, but perhaps they are truly cotton. Also like the ruffle cuff- a nice detail. "
