hate to complain...
" I love shopping on DSW.com! I bought these shoes for my daughter...twice! They look great and are comfortable but both times the beads started falling off as soon as she started wearing them. Each time, more beads fell off! She was devastated and I was quite disappointed. Hope our next purchase does better! "
