" for the most part these boots were comfortable but after 2 weeks of wear, the heels began to fall off. For a $90 pair of boots I wasn't expecting that to happen. The salesgal at my local DSW was very understanding and let me return them for a full refund without question. I'm going to be a little more leery about purchasing Steve Madden stuff in the future though! "

Cute, will keep!
" Got these in the cognac color--cute! I have LARGE, athletic calves and can NEVER find boots to fit, but these did...so I may buy these in black also. They are super cute. I'm a serious bargain shopper though, so for almost 100 I was hoping for a better quality leather--the leather is VERY thin. I'm between a 9 and 9.5 depending on who makes the shoe. I ordered a 9.5 and am glad only because the shoe is narrow towards the end of the toes and with the larger size I don't have to break them in. I can easily wear regular socks if I want. "

Nice shoes, a little pricey though
" I bought these in black, and they look a bit cheap especially considering the price- they are definitely cute, but if I were to see them in the store- I might have kept walking. On the plus side they are very comfortable and versatile.
My feet are a little wide, and they fit fine in the boot, however, the bottom feels kind of narrow, like part of my foot isn't on the bottom, but kind of hanging over. I thought that would make them really uncomfortable but I wore them an entire 16 hour work day and was just fine. "

Very disappointed
" Poor quality. The sole is not good, the leather is horrible and I could hardly get my foot in them its so narrow. "
