Okay
"These shoes are okay - they look nice and simple but the sole is not padded at all and is so thin I feel like I'm walking on the floor which is really uncomfortable for me. I bought them to be comfortable around work and they are not comfortable to me and took awhile to break in due to the stretchable back."

Perfect for work
"As I do a lot of running around all day at work these are the perfect accessory to my work clothes as they are low key comfortable and don't hurt after 8 hours on my feet.

Comfy and One of My Faves
"I can see this as my go to shoe. It's comfortable and light. I just want more in additional colors. It's very dainty and easy to pair with capris, skinny pants, skirts or a dress.... Just perfect"

BCBG Leather Flats
"Love these flats, very simple yet chic. True to size and the leather is great, not cheap looking. Just a tip though, these need to be broken in! The leather will be stiff at first but after a few wears they are perfect."

"Thought these shoes were really cute when I saw them online and in store. I ordered the size 5 and they fit perfectly but the back part that scrunches was painful to walk in and kept digging into the back of my heel. I returned for that reason, wish the back wasn't scrunched and I might have kept them."

No hype, just awesome
"Everything you've read is true. These are comfortable, the ruched sides make sure your heels doesn't pop out, they make your feet look tiny (I love a round toe!) and the tiny tiny heel adds comfort. These are fantastic and I'm buying at least two more pairs so I never have to go without."

"These shoes serve as a nice basic flat that I can wear in a business setting. They were very comfortable when I tried them on at the store, but the more I wore them the more the scrunchy part on the back of the shoe irritated my foot. I also have a wide toe box and found that if I wear these shoes for long periods of time the black color rubs off onto my toe nail polish. Now I just try not to wear them for extended periods of time."

"I have ordered these exact flats before, now I went and purchased 2 more pairs, that should tell you what I think of them! They are a little bit tight when you buy them but they form to your foot quickly enough to not discourage you from purchasing them and they don't get too big from the stretching either."

The best flats ever***
"I love these flats so much. I found them on sale at DSW and got the size 8.5 because it scrunches up in the back and keeps the shoe on your foot, but it could hurt and be uncomfortable if you got a size too small. I tried the 8's and wore them around a bit and decided the 8.5 was the perfect fit because the 8's would feel tight after awhile. The quality is superb and it is very durable. It does have a pretty thin sole, so I wouldn't want to walk around in them outside too much/run lots of errands in them because I don't want them to wear down too quickly."

OUCH
"I stumbled upon these again while looking for a new pair online because I can't wear these anymore. They are so uncomfortable. It's so sad that they look so great on, but walking around in these made my toes feel as if they were about to fall off. The elastic serves NO purpose, it only pushes your foot forward. I would not recommend buying these. Back to my search..."

"I bought these shoes thinking they would be a great staple flat for my everyday look. Unfortunately, the rouching on the back of the heal forces my foot down so that my toes go numb and I get red sores where the shoes rub on the top of my foot. I didn't notice this in the store as I didn't walk around enough to notice the problem. I can't take these back now, but will be looking for a new pair this weekend."

"These flats to me are the perfect basic flat. Plain, black, great for work!!! Typically this style shoe is very narrow but this one works fine for me. Definately recommend if you work on your feet all day."
