Overall great bag but side zippers are a pain
" Overall, this is an amazing bag for the price. I had my eye on it for a while and find that DSW offers the best deal. It is very roomy - I managed to fit my 12" laptop, my notebook, iPAD, makeup case, wallet and a bottle of water while travelling.
On the downside, the zippers on the sides of the bag keep getting caught on the lining. One has to be very careful and push the lining back with one's pinky when pulling the zippers up/down. "
