Ugly and unfunctional
" My first impression when I got this item was that it didn't look anything like the pictures online. The purse looked cheap. Then, when I tried to open and close the zippers, they were almost nonfunctioning. I could not easily get into the purse nor close it back up after putting something into it. Purse is going back to DSW. "

Not great and awful zippers
" This bag is a great size and I like the interior compartments but it's nothing special. For the money this cost I've had much nicer quality and the zippers on this bag ruin it for me; they are big and rough and if you have long fingernails beware they will catch on the zippers and be torn to shreds. This ones going back. "

Not so sure
" I like this purse, for the most part. The worst thing about it is that once you unzip it you have to stop and put the thing down to zip it back up. VERY annoying. I have to hold the little things on the side to zip it (you can hook a very ugly and cheesy strap to these things). Not only that, the zippers are like UBER intense zippers and they mess up my nails and actually scrape my skin off if I happen to brush up against it while attempting to zip. Which happens often. If you want to spend $80+ on a purse I'd find a better one that is more user friendly. "
