No regrets: Shoes are made to last!
" OK, so I can't lie, it killed me to spend this much on a pair of shoes for the kiddos, but let me tell you these shoes are GREAT. They still look like new after over a year of use (through camping, waterparks, hiking, on and on); color is bright, nothing dulled or pilled on the fabric. Also, I love that these protect the toes of my not-so-cautious boys on the run (unlike my old go-to, teva). "

Keen
" These are the best all purpose shoes for kids. I get them just a tad big so they will fit a while longer. They handle a ton of abuse, look great, no blisters. Wear them in the water and they stay on. They do get pretty stinky, and the kid's sizes don't have the AEGIS Microbe shield to prevent fungal/bacterial growth. They really need to start using it. Until then I just toss them in the washer and they come out perfectly. Keen will supply new toggle fastener (free of charge) if lost or broken. Can usually get a few summers out of each pair and then hand them down for a few more summers. They are a bit pricey, but with the rewards deals offered, they are well worth it! "
