Great shoe
" This shoe is great for trail running and I also use it for my strength training as well. It is comfortable...my shoes seemed tight in the beginning, but turned out to be extremely comfortable...no blisters or discomfort. "

Good athletic shoe.
" I'm not a runner (or really athletic at all), but these shoes seem very versatile (can be used for hiking, trail running, other outdoor sports). They're pretty comfortable for a trail shoe, but there are many other running shoes that are more lightweight...it really is just about your preference. I usually wear size 6.5, but I had to get a 7.5 in these. "
