Loose Around the Ankles
" My favorite pair of flat sandals is from B. O. C. so I had high hopes for these lovelies. Sadly, this style didn't work for me. My feet, which are on the narrow side of medium, came to the edge of the sole at the widest part and my big toe met the front of the sole. My usual trouble with sandals is that the straps around the ankle are too big, so when I buckle them enough to keep my feet in the shoe, the straps don't lay flat and the shoes hang off my feet at the heel. The Acacia sandal was no exception. For me, the structure is too insubstantial--few straps and thin at that-- for me to feel confident that my foot would stay in the shoe. I ordered them in the green, which is beautiful--like lime green, but a slightly darker and more subtle shade. "

beyond comfy
