Not as nice as I thought
" I couldn't wait until I received this bag. When I received it I liked the bag. Good quality. However the clasp is difficult to open once you close it. The cross handle is great but the short handle is too short and it's not removeable like the cross handle. I'm going to return the bag. I can cut the short handle off, but the bag is no used to me if I can't open it. "

Just OK
" This bag is a great "corporate" look (got it in black). It's roomy and easy to organize, but the leather is softer than it looks in the picture. Consequently it sags when being held by the strap. The buckle is attractive, but doesn't operate easily with one hand -- makes things awkward at the store. I'll keep it as it looks pretty good for work situations, but I'll be looking for a weekend alternative. "
