GREAT, GREAT BOOTS!
" These boots are AWESOME. Supple leather, heel is low, nice and sleek so it really dresses up the boot (OR NOT, depending on what you have on!). The color is a true Taupe, although it IS darker than the picture appears (the picture is more of a tan in my opinion.) The reviews are mixed and I can certainly see why. If you order your normal size, you will be disappointed. If your calf is wide or if you have wide feet/ankles, you will be disappointed. If you have narrow to narrow-ish legs and feet and you order at least a half a size up (I ordered a 10 and I generally wear a 9 and I am VERY pleased) you will be happy. BTW, YOU don't have to be narrow/skinny... I am NOT but my legs are. I could tell when I took them out of the box they would fit; I NEVER wear a size 10 and can look at a 10 from a mile away and tell they are way too big. The only reason I ordered up is due to the reviews so definitely take note of this. The 9.5 may have fit but they didn't have it and I'm glad they didn't. With thin socks I have a tiny bit of wiggle room but DEFINITELY not loose. WAY comfortable. I never write reviews but I just had to share how pleased I am with this purchase so others out there can make the same wise decision I did! You will LOVE these boots! "

over the knee - not!
" These over the knee boots reached the middle of my kneecap when standing. I'm 5.4ft, so not very tall, and the boots were still too short. Also, they bunched up around the ankle and were tight around the upper calf, which didn't look very nice. Would not recommend these boots and am returning them. "
