Color is way off
" I ordered the Taupe expecting the color to match what is on the site. I have been looking for boots this color for while now and was so excited to find these. Unfortunately, they are a completely different color in person. They are much darker than the image on the site and are more of a "muddy" color that is very hard to describe. It's a combination of brown, gray and olive green that really comes across as "mud". I am so disappointed with the difference in coloring and I am having a difficult time deciding whether I want to keep them or not.
Besides that, they are very cute and the leather is great. I love the slight heel because it dresses them up, yet they are comfortable to walk in. It sounds as if you are wearing a heel on hard floors, but surprise! - they are basically flats!
I saw some reviews with people saying they weren't true "over the knee boots", but they fit me perfectly. I am 5'6'' and they go over my knee ever so slightly - they are just the right height. I normally wear a 6.5 so that is what I ordered and I am able to wear a thin pair of cotton trouser socks with them just fine. They are a little snug in the foot and a little frustrating to put on as they are so tight but it's worth the struggle! Since my left foot is a half size bigger than my right they do feel a little too small on that size, but I'm going to see if they stretch out a little before returning them for a 7.
All in all, these are nice boots but as with every pair of shoes they have their issues. "

love them
" I got them in black. At first I was not sure how I felt about these boots. Now I love them! They stay up and look cute with dresses and leggings and are good if you have a thin legs. I don't like them with skinny jeans though, they just don't look right for me. They are really comfy and I really wish they had them in brown! I don't think I like that taupe color :( "

"NOT OVER THE KNEE"
" I placed an online order. I was very disappointed and had to return these boots. I am 5' 5 1/2" and the boot came to the middle of my knee. "

Nice and Narrow
" I originally wanted the Chinese Laundry Trippin boot. However, when I tried it on in stores, the boot shaft was incredibly wide. My legs were swimming in them! I felt like a little girl trying on her mother's shoes. After reading the specs online, I ordered the Tally Ho, hoping that it would fit better. It did! This boot is much narrower and fit my thin legs nicely. The ankle was still a little big, but I think that's because this is a pull-on boot without a zipper. So, if you have thin legs, get this boot, but if you have thicker legs, get the Trippin. "
