LOVE!
" I'm in love with these boots. I've been looking for a very simple riding-style boot with a very small heel forever, and these are just perfect.
They are incredibly comfortable, partially, I think, because they run a tiny tiny bit big. The leather is so soft, and the boots didn't ever feel like the needed to be broken in, as some boots can.
I wasn't sure I'd like the "hidden heel" aspect, but I think it's actually quite nice, and gives me a secret inch or so of height, while still maintaining the riding boot look. "

Ehhhh...
" So I have been looking for some black fairly flat boots to replace an old wore out pair I have. These boots did not make the cut. The shape of the shaft is weird and also was just too wide for my calfs. If your calfs are normal sized or even larger this boot will probably work for you. Maybe since it didn't fit me properly that made the shape look weird. "
