beware - not leather
" I just received these sandals in the black color and when I opened the box they had the "fake" plastic smell. I looked on the inside strap, and it said "All Man Made Materials". Definitely NOT leather, even though the product description says leather. "

Comfy platform sandal
" Really liked the subtle color-blocked look on line- and it was just as nice out of the box. I also found that the chunky heel with the platform was quite comfortable. My only qualms came with the front strap being a bit tight around my toes and the length a teensy bit longer than most White Mountains. Bear in mind that I have a wide forefoot and narrow heel- so this always affects my fit. I had to return these but they would be super comfortable for the average foot that isn't shaped like a duck! "

Going Back
" Very nice looking and well made, but I found them to be very uncomfortable. My feet were too angled (heel is quite high) and there was not enough structure/padding in the foot bed to compensate. Have to return them, unfortunately. "
