Cheap Brand- Buyer Beware
"I have now purchased two Aston Grey shoes (which is the DSW house brand). The first pair, the name of which I forget, was very attractive and comfortable- but I took it on vacation to the Mideast where they promptly fell apart within 5 months of being purchased. The sole separated from the upper. This was both unattractive, as the glue became very visible and obviously defeated the purpose of the shoe (leaked in puddles). Surely the entire sole would have come apart with much more wear.
The second pair I bought just the other day, is this one above, the Houston Oxford. Again, the sole was ALREADY separated from the upper. It was a small hole that went unnoticed at the store, resulting in a small squeaking noise with every step. As a law student practicing in court rooms where I may be the only person speaking, this would be very noticeable.
These shoes are very cheap, certainly not worth the price. I have now tried them twice. I would go with another brand at this price-point. They look great, but not made to last."

"These shoes are unbelievably comfortable. The first time I wore them, I did so without any "break in" period or wear. I wore them for approximately 8 hours without any foot pain or discomfort. They fit extremely well and I received several complimentary comments about them. They looked great with a suit and will look fine with nice jeans. I got a 1/2 size larger than I normally wear, as my feet are a little wide, and they fit perfectly. Buy them, you wont regret it."
