The added edge you need
"I am not usually a fan of gold... but these are so amazing. The straps are sexy and make any outfit look hot. They do run a little big, but I have a very narrow foot, so I recommend trying them on first. Get them! They are awesome!"

Pretty to look at, but cheaply made
"These are beautiful shoes, and fairly comfortable as well. However, the gold on the shoes is like a cheaply painted on gold lame. It wrinkles and creases when you move and gives me the feeling that it would peel off if nicked in any way. They are pretty to look at, but I don't feel confident wearing them and NOT having them end up destroyed after the first wear. I'm returning them."

Cute But Not Very Comfy
"These shoes don't look too tall, and I am a habitual heel-wearer, however I felt as if I were on tip-toe trying to stand in them. Trying to walk in them is also difficult. The shoes are stiff and have no give.
These shoes bunch in the ankle, causing an unsightly bulge in the side straps. The clasp is flimsy and looks like it is ready to tear. They also pinch in the pinky toe area.
I didn't expect a lot from Chinese Laundry as they tend to be cheaply made and on the less comfortable side, but I had high hopes for these wedges.
My recommendation: Spend a little more money and get yourself a better shoe."

gorgeous pair of slightly dress shoes!
"The color in the picture is a little different from what it actually is (in person, it's a flashier, slightly brighter gold). Other than that, it is exactly what I expected, perfect to wear with sundresses or pleated shorts and blouses."

Perfect
"For about six months I have been searching for a pair of gold wedges, finally I stumbled upon these gems. They are perfect. I receive so many compliments when I wear they, and they are well received. Although they were a little narrow at first (due in part to my wide feet) they did stretch. Overall I would reccomend these shoes to everyone. Great shoes, great price."
