Very Disappointed
" I got these boots 2 weeks ago, I've worn them about 8 times and the shiny part has cracked and peeled along the top, it's very noticeable- they look terrible! I see this happened to someone else too, any suggestions about how to fix it? I am so disappointed because they are very comfortable and when I first got them they looked great. This is not the first quality issue I've had with DSW... don't think I'll be back. "

" was so excited to get these boots in the mail, very nice looking boots but they were tight around front of foot and slipped off my heel. really cute though "

Love these boots!
" I needed rain boots and was pleased to find these which look more like riding boots than traditional clunky rain boots. The design is very classic and simple so I anticipate wearing these season after season. I usually wear a 7.5 but with no half sizes I ordered up to 8. They're a tad long and narrow but then again, I have fairly wide feet. However, with boot socks and some wear these should fit fine. The suede is incredibly soft, the elastic back is very comfortable and ideal for thicker calves, and the lining is cozy and warm. So many pros with this pair! :D "

Defective
" I bought these and wore them once in the rain. The material on the rubber started crackling and peeling off. Very disappointed. Had to return them. "
