Narrow, narrow, narrow.
" My feet are slightly wider than average, but I can almost always wear average width shoes. I originally purchased these pretty babies in my normal size, but they were so narrow that the elastic bands gouged painfully into the tops of my feet and left prominent indentations. I exchanged the shoes for a half size larger. The larger size was too long, and the bands still gouged my feet. Otherwise, the shoes were sassy, very comfortable in the soles, and beautifully constructed. If you have narrow feet, I recommend them. If your feet are even slightly wider than average, you'll probably be disappointed. I wound up exchanging mine for something completely different. "
