GOLD TONE HARDWARE NOT SILVER
" I was eager to order this bag because I love satchel bags. The bag is bigger than I would normally want, but it's a nice bag for the price. I was amazed at what you can comfortably fit inside. My only complaint at this time, is the hardware and zippers on the bag are gold finish not silver; as it appears in the photo. I didn't see it noted in the description, or I would not have purchased it.
I don't like gold finish hardware, but decided to keep the bag anyway..
DSW should make note of the hardware & zipper metal finishes in their descriptions.. "

Very Convenient
" I love the way I can keep my personal stuff (wallet, phone, keys, make-up, etc) separate from my business files and papers. Also love the fact that it can be used as a satchel or cross over bag. "

Great, versatile bag!
" I have been searching for the perfect bag for years. My search may be over. Found this gem in dark green on the clearance page. It holds my laptop, folders for school, make-up bag, all my personal items, plus room for an extra pair of shoes! I love all the pockets inside; they help me stay super-organized. And the cross-body strap makes it so easy and comfortable to carry everywhere. I strongly recommend a Steve Madden double zip satchel! Did I mention how soft the leather is? "
