" It has been a while since I have worn a shoe this high and I was happy with the comfort of the shoe. I had them on all day at work and then at school. And I received several “cute shoe” comments as I was walking around campus (mind you, these were all from girls 20 or so years younger than myself). I did expect them to hold my foot more securely given the amount of coverage on the front of the foot, but then my foot can run narrow. Might have to buy them in black "
