Awesome!
" I got these to be part of a costume (as a military-type video game character), because the $13 boots I'd worn before destroyed my feet. Even though reviews of these weren't great, they looked perfect, and I figured real leather has to be better than the torture devices I wore before. I ordered a whole size up (9 instead of 8), and I'm pleased to report that they fit with room for a gel insert if I want to add one, and the shape of the footbed makes them feel as comfortable as 1-inch heels (they are 3-inch). Many reviewers say that the laces aren't adjustable (??)...um, yes they are (they are *laces*..they're adjustable all the way up). Also, I find the shaft to be very comfortable, not too tight at all (I'm a bodybuilder, my calves are definitely not sticks). Mine fit without adjustment, though I may make them tighter to contour my ankle a little more. I am thrilled to find these boots and I'm going to enjoy my multiple-hours-in-a-costume a whole lot more!! "

Nice looking but runs below true size
" These boots are really nice looking but it runs much much smaller than its true sie. Its also very, very narrow and the lace does not allow you to adjust it to your calves. : ( "

Not what I expected forthe price
" I ordered these and paid full retail. I got them in yesterday and they are not at all what I expected. They are small for a 6. they are hard, uncomfortable leather. I have other Italian made boots from Kenneth Cole that are soft and luxurious. these are not worth what I paid for them, returning today. they should be soft, comfy and they should have real lace up ties, so that they accommodate anyone. I am only 5'2 at 140, fit and these were so tight, that I could not zip them past my ankle. "
