Surprisingly comfortable
"Initially, I was looking for a dress shoe for a wedding, however these boots were much more comfortable than most of the shoes I was looking into getting. A dress pant will fall over the higher top anyway so it will still look like a shoe anyway. I think they have a classy look to them and the square toed look is nice. Comfortable to wear around regularly, if desired. As I have noted above, i purchased one half size shorter than my normal 10."

My favorite work shoes
"I just love the Tosh boot from Steve Madden! Very comfortable right out of the box :) Wish they lasted me a little longer but I am hard on my shoes and these wear out in about 6 months."

"This boot was purchased for my husband. He absolutely LOVE this boot!! He said it's comfortable, stylish and versatile. He looks very sexy in jeans with this boot as well as dress and casual slacks. Best of my shoe collection
"Let me start by saying, I'm a shoe lover. In fact, I'm so crazy about shoes. This shoe I selected in DSW during thanksgiving. First time for boot, but its cool & very stylish. I took the size 11.5 & I really feel so comfortable & relaxed in this shoe compared to all others I have bought. The only disadvantage I saw is, its base is so thin. Still, I'm so happy with my purchase & really happy with my new looks."

Great dress boots!
"These boots are great, very elegant & classy-looking. The comfort factor is of personal preference, as Steve Madden shoes fit a certain way, but they definitely fit well and look great! I get complimented every time I wear them, and they are great with skinny jeans and a tucked in shirt!"

Great Show but questionable durability
"I love SM's shoes. They are comfy, affordable and overall stylish and these SM's Tosh Boots stand up to their reputation. I do have on complain about Madden's shoes. Their durability is very questionable. I have had three pairs so far and the first two went bad within four months of their months. The sad part if its not the sole or the stitches that go bad its the leather (if it is leather). The shoe tears up with no possibility of getting it repaired. I have to see how these shoes turn out and if they go the same way as other two, these might be my last SM purchase."

Great simple boot!
"Nice, clean, simple zip up boot. The black has a nice shine to it and cleans up nicely as well. I can wear these to dress up or for a casual night at the bar. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice, versatile pair of boots."
