gorgeous and comfortable
" I was so excited about my boots when they came, and slipping them on was a dream. SO comfortable right from the start. The leather is very soft and supple, so rather than feeling stiff like some boots, the shafts of the boots feel like a second layer of skin on your legs. I got the brown, which is warm and dark. The embossing looks really great and well done. The zippers are good quality. I've worn them in pouring rain and they are waterproof! Though I wouldn't go out of my way to wear these pretty boots in the rain/snow (if you do, make sure you clean them right away, and invest in some leather moisturizer and weather protection). I have wide calves, 17.5 inches circumference, and these fit very comfortably with jeans tucked in, Also, keep in mind that even if they are a little bit snug with your jeans tucked in, the leather will stretch and mold to your leg with wear. These are really pretty, good quality, very comfortable flat-heeled boots! "

REALLY WIDE Calf
" Short version- this boot is super cute, nice material, comfortable but BOY IS IT WIDE.
I am a size 11.5W which I can almost never find, so for boots I typically order a 12W. Imagine my delight when I saw this boot comes in a 11.5 but they only had XW. I tried an 11.5XW for my first order which was swimming on my calves exchanged it for a 12W which is still way too big and now Im trying to find a 12M. Thats dedication 3 attempts because I really love the tooled design and look of these boots !! But ALAS no 12M to be found and Ive looked, btw DSW had the best price. So if you can find your size get it, but consider trying the M as the W is REALLY wide. "

Love these tooled leather boots
" I was looking for a black boot that was a little different from the ordinary riding boots out there. I have a wider calf and can never find boots that I can fit my jeans into. These fit perfectly with or without a jean tucked in. They also have a great tooled leather upper which makes them standout from the ordinary black boot. Lower heel are very comfortable. "
