Slips off heel, shaft/ankle opening are huge
" These fit, feel and look great, but when I walk my heel moves up and down a lot because the ankle and heel area of the shoe is too big. (This makes my socks get pulled down very quickly.) I have long but thin/narrow feet, typically wearing a size 10 or 11; 10 fits in these. I am keeping them because I like the style a lot and the quality seems good - I believe I can make them work with insoles or padding in the back of the ankle to help make them tighter so they stay on better. "

" These are very good looking shoes, and seem well made. Even without a side zipper they are easy to put on/take off. However, they do run narrow, which makes them a little uncomfortable. "
