"Bought these for a wedding, and maybe I'm just nit-picking but I expected better quality for these shoes...The first pair I ordered had scuffs (minor, but still visible) on the heel and puckering in the material along with glue stains so I decided to return them in-store. The second pair was slightly better, but still had imperfections (glue stains, minor scuffs). Since I didn't feel the need to try again, I stuck with those. As far as fit, I bought an 8M (I wear a 7 1/2 usually, but a friend said to go a little bigger) and the ankle strap seems kind of flimsy and the front and back parts seem hard and dig into my feet; I'm hoping that this is just a temporary "new shoe" thing."

Unexpectedly Comfortable
"Bought this for my sister's wedding and they were very comfortable to walk and dance in. Beautiful shoes and would have given it 5 stars but the straps broke after dancing. Thank goodness for super glue!"

Chinese Laundry Hope Pump
"These shoes are fabulous!! I purchased them to wear in a wedding and got so many compliments! I put ball of the foot inserts in because I knew I'd be on my feet all night and they were comfortable for most of the night. I was on my feet from about 7pm to 2am with them on and I was fine until about midnight without feeling my feet hurt. My only complaint is that the left shoe strap broke before the wedding! I hadn't had the shoes on for more than 3 hours before it broke and I was so upset. Thankfully, the shoes didn't slip or else this review would have been completely different. I took off the other strap so they wouldn't appear to be broken and thankfully I didn't need them because they fit perfectly. I remember another review that said the same, so that's something that should be corrected...other than that, it's a beautiful shoe and comfy for hours at a time. They were true to size also, I normally wear a size 7 and often times the shoes are narrow and hurt my feet but these were wide enough that I didn't have that problem at all."

Sadly had to return
"I got these shoes for my wedding. But when I brought them home I tested them out (on the carpet ofcourse) and found them very hard to walk in. The heel/platform ratio is just off enough that it made it too uncomfortable for walking more than 5 mins.. There's no way I could have used them for hours during my wedding. However, they are beautiful! I hated having to return them."

"Just received these shoes yesterday and I love love love them :-D.

SOOOOOOOO COMFORTABLE!
"I have the gold ones. I wore these shoes to an outdoor wedding and they were soooooooo comfortable! I danced on brick and stone and I felt no pain what so ever. There is nothing like a sexy shoe that is comfortable. I can wear these shoes for hours!

Love Love Love Them
"I bought these shoes in Silver. They are so sexy! A bit high, but they are worth it! I normally wear a 7 1/2 but chose a half-size bigger. I wore them for a Formal Gala and kept them on the whole night, including dancing. Lots of compliments. Women and men loved them."
